To earn rewards: Qualifying transactions must post and settle to the account each Monthly Qualification Cycle. Must have at least 15 debit card purchases post and settle to the account. Transactions and activities may take one (1) or more business days from the date the transaction or activity occurred to post and settle to the account. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: automated teller machine (“ATM”)–processed transactions, transfers between accounts, and debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by the bank as ATM transactions. Only debit card transactions processed by merchants and received by the bank as point-of-sale (“POS”) transactions count towards qualifying debit card transactions. Debit card transactions must be completed using a PriorityOne Bank debit card associated with this account. Transactions bundled together by merchants and received by our institution as a single transaction count as a single transaction for the purpose of earning account rewards. “Statement Cycle” means the period of time for which the bank provides a summary of the financial activities and transactions that post and settle to the accountholder’s account. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning one (1) day prior to the first day of the current Statement Cycle through one (1) day prior to the close of the current Statement Cycle.
ATM Fee Reimbursements: If account qualifications are met during the Monthly Qualification Cycle, domestic ATM fees of $4.99 or less per transaction will be reimbursed. The maximum amount reimbursed each Qualification Cycle is $15.00. ATM fee reimbursements will be credited to your account on the last day of your Statement Cycle. If you believe that you have not been reimbursed the correct amount, please contact us. We must hear from you within thirty (30) days following the end of the Statement Cycle in which the reimbursement was applicable. If account qualifications are not met during Monthly Qualification Cycle, domestic ATM fees will not be reimbursed.
